Casselton Consultants
Casselton Consultants was founded over 30 years ago by Tom Casselton, who saw a real need in the Richmond area for an alcohol and drug abuse education and treatment program. We feel the best way to help someone is to be there when they are willing to accept help. Over the years, the Casselton Program has worked closely with the courts, Commonwealth Attorneys, and lawyers. We realize that when someone has legal problems due to substance use, they are often ready and motivated to accept help.
The Casselton Program is dedicated to the treatment of alcohol and substance abuse by providing outpatient services to adults in need of therapeutic and educational intervention with the goal of positively impacting the lives of our clients, their families, and the community.
We provide our services at reasonable rates and are very respectful of our clients' lives and the demands on their time. We offer morning, evening, and weekend group sessions. We work with you when you work with us.
GOALS
- Assure the individual is taking responsibility for his or her life in such a way as to prevent the recurrence of behavior that might lead to other alcohol or drug-related issues.
- Protect the public by educating our clients on the benefits of sobriety
- Help individuals make changes that will govern future behavior.
Suppose you are incarcerated and seeking a bond. In that case, we will work with your attorney to prepare a letter explaining your commitment to entering our program and providing details of your treatment plan to the judge.
All counselors employed by Casselton are Certified Substance Abuse Counselors; substance abuse is their specialty. We practice confidentiality, maintain competitive rates, and are often lower than our competitors.
